  As a recently married college woman, the teaching at this church did not relate to me at all. The pastor was streamed on a screen, which was alright, but he was trying to address multiple congregations which he assumed were parents and families. Much of the sermon wasn't scripture-centered, and based on the preacher's vision for the church instead of Christ's vision for The Church. The worship was Christ-driven, but the light show thing was a little excessive. But the kids' section seemed to be cool, so this might be a good place for families, it just wasn't for my husband and me.

  MLC is an excellent church community to either learn more about Christianity or to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ. Our family had struggled to find a church that felt like home since moving to SC a few years ago, but one morning in this church changed everything. The worship music is phenomenal and powerful. Andy Stanley's teaching is very encouraging on a weekly basis and our kids are excited every Sunday morning for their kids program. Care is available for kids of all ages. People are very welcoming in this church community and it's very easy to build encouraging relationships with other Christ-followers.

  The experience is incredible. The volunteers are welcoming and helpful from the parking lot to the service. The environment for kids is great. The music is modern and engaging. The teaching pastor Andy Stanley provides sermons that are up to date and in touch with our current lives. I would recommend this church to anyone even those who don't think they like church!
